Join Our Team! Currently Seeking: State Reps!

Big news!  The North East Bloggers Network is now accepting applications for State Representatives for our network!

The state representatives will become leaders in the NE bloggers community and will be responsible for helping promote the community in their state, promoting bloggers from their state via twitter etc and connecting with bloggers in their state.  They may also plan blogger meet ups for the state they represent and help provide resources to bloggers.  Lastly, state reps will work with me on coming up with ideas for the network and new ways to improve our community!

Benefits:

-Listing on the "Our Team" info page

-Promotion of your blog through twitter mentions etc

-As the network grows, other forms of compensation may become available

-Pride of ownership in the network

Responsibilities:

-Display our badge on your sidebar (state reps badges to come!)

-Promote the network in positive ways & help recruit new members

-Connect with the members in your area

-Optional: plan blogger events in your state area

Qualifications:

-Active blogger (keeps blog updated several times weekly)

-Participant in the NE Bloggers community

-Networking and communication skills

-Strong social media presence is a plus

-1+ years blogging experience is a plus, but not required
